I work with clients worldwidefrom Israel to Montreal to Arkansas—who are looking to increase their strength, muscle tone, and confidence using a powerbuilding programming method or a modified version of it. Powerbuilding uses the three main strength lifts—the squat, bench, and deadlift—along with accessory lifts and cardio. It's an effective and efficient training method and it's for everyone—from beginner to experienced lifter.


I believe everyone can benefit from a powerbuilding-style program because it builds full body strength and conditioning, which are fundamental to feeling healthy and confident throughout your life. I will work closely with you to create a workout program that meets your goals and challenges you to achieve more with your body and mind.
