MY STORY

MUSCLES ARE FOR EVERYONE

I am a lifelong athlete and grew up playing ice hockey for 15 years as a goalie. After college I discovered weightlifting and was immediately drawn to it because I felt accomplished and strong after leaving the gym. I saw and felt the results of my hard work in the gym and realized it's possible to mold my body while simultaneously improving my health, happiness, confidence, and sense of fulfillment.

I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a nationally-ranked and 57kg Louisiana state record-holding former USA Powerlifting competitive powerlifter. I've also been vegan for 11 years and vegetarian for over 20.

A Boston native, I also grew up in Thailand and México and have lived around the United States and the world. My home base is now Little Rock, Arkansas, where I work in-person and online with personal training clients.

Before becoming a personal trainer, I earned my Masters degree in Urban Planning and International Development Planning from NYU's Wagner School of Public Service and worked in the development and nonprofit sectors for 12 years in Beirut, Lebanon, New York City, Boston, New Orleans, and Little Rock.

I believe muscles are for everyone.
